The evening will feature choreographic work by the wonderful Edgar L. Page.
“softly with these songs” offers a sampling of works in process from Edgar L. Page: Feel the Movement. These emotion-fueled movement narratives weave a tapestry, like poetry in motion, that explores (((LOVE))) through a lens of isolation. This intimate offering evokes and celebrates a sacred, vulnerability. Set to musical selections replete with urban hymns and sardonic lullabies, the dancers traverse the emotional aftermath of the quarantine era…a collective work in procress!
